This NDIS-funded service is designed for individuals who need regular medical care, health monitoring, and specialized nursing support in their home or community setting. Our registered nurses (RNs) and enrolled nurses (ENs) provide clinical care tailored to each individual’s specific health needs.
Our nursing care services cover:
- Chronic disease management (diabetes, respiratory conditions, cardiovascular care).
- Post-surgical wound care and recovery support.
- Medication management, administration, and reviews.
- Catheter, stoma, and bowel care.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator management.
